Závody pro ty, kteří chtějí zažít závodní atmosféru, strávit čas v dobré společnosti a prožít příjemný začátek prvního adventního víkendu 🌟

Tentokrát bude každý závodit sám za sebe. Soutěžit se bude ve 3 workoutech.

Závodit se bude v těchto kategoriích:

• L2 ženy (pracovní váhy: DB 9 kg, KB 8 kg, BB snatch 20 kg, clean 25 kg, SU, open wall walk - ruce za červenou čáru a zpět) 
• L2 muži (pracovní váhy: DB 15 kg, KB 16 kg, BB snatch 30 kg, clean 40 kg, SU, open wall walks - ruce za modrou čáru a zpět)
• L3 ženy (pracovní váhy: DB 15 kg, KB 16 kg, BB snatch 30 kg, clean 42,5 kg, DU, T2B, kipping pull ups, menší objem chest to bars, wall walk, HSPU + 5 kg kotouč a abmat) 
• L3 muži (pracovní váhy: DB 22,5 kg, KB 24 kg, BB 42,5 kg, clean 60 kg, DU, T2B, kipping pull ups, menší objem chest to bars, wall walk, HSPU + abmat)

Cena závodu je 400 Kč a zahrnuje v sobě organizaci závodu, vlastního judge na každý workout a startovní balíček.

Competition for those who want to experience the competitive atmosphere, spend time in good company, and enjoy a pleasant start to the first weekend of Advent 🌟

This time, everyone will compete individually. The competition will consist of three workouts.

The competition will be held in the following categories:

• L2 women (DB 9 kg, KB 8 kg, BB snatch 20 kg, clean 25 kg, SU, open wall walk - hands over the red line and back) 
• L2 men (DB 15 kg, KB 16 kg, BB snatch 30 kg, clean 40 kg, SU, open wall walks - hands over the blue line and back)
• L3 women (DB 15 kg, KB 16 kg, BB snatch 30 kg, clean 42,5 kg, DU, T2B, kipping pull ups, few reps of chest to bars, wall walk, HSPU + 5 kg plate and abmat
• L3 men (DB 22,5 kg, KB 24 kg, BB 42,5 kg, clean 60 kg, DU, T2B, kipping pull ups, few reps of chest to bars, wall walk, HSPU + abmat)

The competition fee is CZK 400 and includes organization, a judge for each workout, and a starter pack.
